Stanbic Bank Ghana, in partnership with Prymeads, has launched a new digital training initiative targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises across the country.
The programme is designed to equip SMEs with digital skills and tools needed to improve business operations, marketing and competitiveness in an increasingly digital economy.
According to the organisers, the initiative will provide training in areas such as digital marketing, social media management, business growth strategies and customer engagement.
Officials say the programme forms part of ongoing efforts to support SMEs, which remain a major driver of employment and economic activity in Ghana.
Representatives from Stanbic Bank highlighted the importance of digital transformation for small businesses, especially as consumer behaviour and business operations continue to evolve.
They explained that many SMEs still face challenges adapting to digital trends, limiting their ability to compete effectively.
The partnership with Prymeads is expected to help bridge the knowledge gap and provide practical support for businesses seeking to improve their digital presence and operational efficiency.
Industry players believe initiatives focused on SME development and digital literacy will play an important role in strengthening Ghana’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and supporting long-term economic growth.
