Fidelity Bank Ghana and ALX Ghana have launched the second cohort of the Orange Inspire programme aimed at empowering young entrepreneurs and innovators with digital and business skills.
The initiative seeks to equip participants with practical training, mentorship and access to opportunities that can help them build sustainable businesses and careers.
Organisers say the programme forms part of broader efforts to support youth entrepreneurship, innovation and digital transformation within Ghana’s growing business ecosystem.
Participants will undergo intensive training focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, technology and career development.
Representatives from Fidelity Bank and ALX Ghana stressed the importance of investing in young people and preparing them for the evolving digital economy.
They noted that the programme is designed to bridge skills gaps while creating opportunities for innovation and economic participation among the youth.
The second cohort is expected to build on the success of the first edition, which provided support and development opportunities for several young entrepreneurs.
Stakeholders believe initiatives such as Orange Inspire can contribute significantly to youth empowerment, job creation and private sector growth in Ghana.
